Sha

In your Action Phase: target another player within your attack range; you cause 1 DMG to the target player.

Limited to 1 Sha per Action Phase.

• At the beginning of the game, the initial attack range of all players is 1 by default.
• You can only use 1 Sha per Action Phase.
• You can use it in response to Coerce.
• You can play it in response to Duel.
• You can play it in response to Barbarians.
• You can use/play it in response to some character abilities, such as Liu Bei's "Rouse".
